Windows Mobile Phone always thinks it is roaming [closed]

I purchased an HTC HD2. It appears it is originally from the UK due to the power adapter.

I have it configured to work with T-Mobile USA, and it works fine but it always thinks it is roaming.

Is there anyway I can fix this?
